As a humble, family-owned business, I initially felt overwhelmed and quite daunted by the intricate digital world - from the enigma of SEO, the nuances of Product Alt Text, to the complexities of JSOD-LD for our brand-new website. To say Tiny:SEO was a game-changer would be an understatement. Their platform transformed these daunting tasks into a seamless, intuitive process. I was awash with queries, both big and small, and Julia was nothing short of a beacon in the vast expanse of website optimization. Her expertise, patience, and genuine dedication to assisting me were unparalleled. She guided me meticulously through every step, ensuring not only that I understood the process but also that I felt empowered and confident. The anticipation of witnessing the transformative results of their meticulous work is electrifying. My gratitude towards the entire Tiny:SEO team, especially Julia, is boundless. If you're on the fence about engaging with them, let this serve as your clarion call: they are absolutely exceptional. I wholeheartedly recommend them, not just as a service, but as a transformative experience for any business looking to thrive in the digital landscape.

;)
The customer service live chat has been great. The video tutorials for set up and interactive steps to set up are well segmented and forced pauses to ensure backup of themes have been well crafted.
So far so good :)
We are just waiting to retest page improvements and confident they will be there to assist with further questions.
