Esperienza cliente veramente di alto livello, imprescindibile.
When problems arose, the staff's response was very prompt. Additionally, they also explained to me the reasons for the previous issues.
Their work attitude is highly commendable. I also have another store that has replaced other SEO services with their products. Hope it goes smoothly in future use.
We reached out to the merchant to clarify the issue as we never had any similar reports before. Also checked our internal servers, app and response times - everything is operational and fast.
The merchant mentioned that they are busy and will get back to us on Monday, so at the moment we are not sure what the issue was.
If you experience something similar, please report to our 24/7 customer support. We will solve it asap!
Great SEO app for Shopify. We have been using it for over a year and have seen noticeable improvements in our organic traffic. It brings many SEO tools into one place, making optimisation much easier. The support team is responsive and very helpful. Highly recommend.
Julia was incredibly helpful today. She helped us clean up our entire structured data setup — disabled the theme's lower-quality JSON-LD, configured TinySEO's Product, Store, Website and Collection markup, and connected the Judge.me integration for review snippets. We went from 1 invalid item in Google's Rich Results Test to 5 valid types and zero errors in a single session.
Julia provided exceptional support for my ship brokerage business on Shopify. She expertly cleaned up my site's structured data, fixed critical noindex code issues, and helped me refine my SEO strategy to focus on my core 700 vessel product pages. Her knowledge of Google indexing and canonical tags was invaluable, and she patiently walked me through every step of the process.
If you have a shopify store this app is an absolute must! A total game changer for saving time and adding value to your SEO. The service by Martin and Julia is also flawless. The small monthly fee is worth every penny. 10 star!
terrible app. Changed our store and messed it all up.
Hi,
I checked your store and could not find any issues. I checked homepage, product pages, collection pages, custom pages, etc.
I also see you only used our app for image optimisation and with amazing results! Over 500MB reduced from 1500+ images. And you're still using our optimised versions on your store. So I'm really confused what happened..
Also I could not find any conversations with our customer support..
I wrote you an email, could you please get back to me on what happened ? We would love to understand the issue as from our end we could not see anything wrong.
We’ve had a great experience with TinySEO and their support team. Efrain was extremely responsive, knowledgeable, and clear in his communication. He helped us properly clean up our theme’s preinstalled JSON-LD and ensured our structured data was implemented correctly without duplication issues.
The process was smooth, and he explained what was being changed and why — which gave us a lot of confidence. It’s rare to find app support that is both technically strong and proactive.
Highly recommend TinySEO for any Shopify store serious about improving technical SEO and structured data accuracy.
