Tiny SEO Speed Image Optimizer

Tiny SEO has been a game changer, it sits there doing its job, correcting some issues such as 404x, its allowed us to simplify & optimise our store with minimal effort, We don't use an agency for anything on the site, along with a number of other apps we have got our DA to 54 after only a few years.

This should really be a 4 stars review
Great app, great features.

This should be a 4 stars review for my own experience, but no one will go that deep to face my problems with them, so I don't want to hit their good reputation.

First level of support is great, second level is terrible.
I had 2 cases when problems could be solved but they lack transparency and willingness.
In one case maybe they lack the technical knowledge but because their approach, I couldn't move forward with them to explain them how to fix it.
In another case, they were pretty opaque and unwilling to adapt. Meaning their code was missing pieces but I couldn't amend it, since it's injected.
At the end of the day, from everything they were offering I ended up using just the automated alt text for images and meta descriptions but even that piece didn't work as expected (problems with collections)

I appreciate how this app improves my speed, helps with SEO, and serves re-directs automatically. Recently, I hopped on to use the new minifier and the customer service was top-notch. Not only did they get me started quickly, they were able to help me troubleshoot some other errors on the site.

The feature I use the most is the image optimizer which has helped my page run smoothly. I found the price to be reasonable for all of the different services it provides.

Great app as always. It helps my product's data structures also my store. My images are loading fast. Also, great supports like Simon. I've been using this for months and its always a good service.

TinyIMG is reliable and consistent in delivering quality compressed images and other SEO functions. I have been using them for over 4 years and never had a problem. Love this app.

A very helpful app and an even more helpful support! When we implemented Lazy Loading it caused an unexpected glitch where some mobile pages wouldn't load. Simon (chat support) reached out to their lead dev, Julia, who logged onto our site despite it being 3am for her. She was able to quickly identify that an IP blocking app was the culprit and turned it off. Our site is super fast now!

The app had a significant impact and great speed improvement just one hour after installation, and it adjusted the image sizes perfectly. The real highlight was the support. Martin was very professional, helpful, fast, and kind. He gave me lots of useful tips and thoroughly addressed all my questions. Top-notch, it couldn't be done better. I’m impressed. Thank you so much!

I initially got Tiny SEO to optimise my images, but it's been able to do so much more than that. I love how it schedules my image optimisation so I don't have to keep remembering to run it, I also like the bulk alt text and meta data features. I wasn't expecting so many SEO features, and the emails explaining everything have been fantastic. After contacting their helpdesk for a minor query about how to change my image renaming setup, they picked up some other SEO issues for me and even fixed some for me, all within minutes. Very pleased and glad I chose Tiny SEO - I won't go anywhere else.

i dont understand building a great website so i had to rely on apps. i tried 5-6 app so far and bought this one. great service amazing speed boost on website.
