Tiny SEO Speed Image Optimizer

Excellent SEO Support from Simon at Tiny SEO

Simon was incredibly helpful in resolving an SEO hierarchy issue on my website. He not only corrected the hierarchy problem but also took the time to identify several other errors that I wasn’t aware of.

What impressed me most was his patience, knowledge, and efficiency. He clearly understood the issues, explained what needed to be corrected, and worked through the problems carefully until everything was resolved.

I truly appreciate the attention to detail and the professional support. My SEO issues have been corrected, and I have much greater confidence in my site’s SEO structure.

Thank you, Simon, for your excellent work and outstanding customer service!

I have been using this app for several years. Great for optomizing your SEO and store speed. The customer service is great. I just had an issue with duplicate JSON-LD on my google Merchant listings and Simon was quick to help me resolve the issue.

The team reached out to me after noticing an issue effecting my SEO with Google. The rep Effrain jumped in and recommended a few changes, made them, and showed me rich-results. This is such a wonderful service and so glad I have been using this app. 5 stars

We’ve just started using TinySEO and our experience has been excellent so far. The app offers many useful SEO tools, but what impressed us most was the customer support.A special thanks to Simon, who was extremely helpful, patient, and professional. He carefully checked our Bulk AI settings, explained how the AI metadata system works, helped us configure it correctly, and even provided additional AI credits so we could continue optimizing our store. It’s rare to receive this level of personal and responsive support. We’re still exploring all the features of TinySEO, but based on our experience so far, both the app and the support team have made a very positive impression.

Thank you Simon and the TinySEO team!

TINYSEO has become one of the most useful apps on my Shopify store, and now I honestly can’t imagine running my website without it.
After installing TINYSEO, I discovered many issues on my website that I wasn’t even aware of, including SEO and structured data problems. The app helped me identify these issues clearly, and I’ve been able to fix them one by one.
What impressed me even more is their customer support. They are incredibly helpful, responsive, and patient. They don’t just answer questions—they actively look at the problem, provide optimization suggestions, and help you solve the issues properly.
I’ve learned a lot about improving my website through TINYSEO, and my store is now much cleaner and better optimized than before.
If you run a Shopify store and care about SEO and website performance, I highly recommend giving TINYSEO a try. It has definitely become an app I don’t want to be without!

I have been using them for years and whenever I need any help from fixing code or just general help I always get the right help. SEO, Site auditing, even AI blog edits. This app has everything you need

As a freelancer this tool really helps me focus on key points to work on. Really like the image optimisation tool too. Customer service is very good. Only wish i had more time to spend on the tool. Keep up the good work. Highly recommend.

This app has been brilliant, largely thanks to the AMAZING customer support. I got in touch with their support with a question and received a super-quick reply from an actual person not an auto generated AI response, as you so often get these days.

Julia answered my question and also suggested a few other ways I could get more from the app’s configuration. When I got stuck, she even helped fix things for me, which is perfect for owner-operated small businesses where you’re wearing all the hats!

We’re based in New Zealand, so time zones don’t always work in our favour, but these guys have real people available 24/7. I seriously can’t fault the app or the support so far.

So far very happy with our experience with Tiny SEO, one time setup is usually enough and I don't need to revisit to check if everything is getting updated. Our store gets new products everyday, so this is important for us. Customer service is within a few minutes reach and they know their product very well.

I had a fantastic experience with Julia from TinySEO! Their service was incredibly helpful, professional, and easy to work with. They provided excellent guidance to improve my website’s SEO and took the time to make sure I understood the recommendations and how to implement them.

I really appreciated their attention to detail, responsiveness, and willingness to help throughout the entire process. Thanks to their support, I now have a much better understanding of SEO.

I highly recommend TinySEO to anyone looking for reliable, professional, and genuinely helpful SEO support.
