Tiny SEO Speed Image Optimizer

TINY might be in their name, but their support is nothing short of extraordinary. Recently, a member of their team proactively reached out to inform us about an identified issue—something we truly appreciate as it shows their commitment to customer success. When I needed further assistance, I connected with Julia from their chat support, and the experience was outstanding. Within minutes, she not only pinpointed the exact issues but also guided us through the fixes with clarity and efficiency.
What impressed me even more was that Julia went above and beyond by suggesting additional improvements to enhance our SEO performance. This level of proactive, solution-oriented support is rare and speaks volumes about the quality of their service.
Another feature we absolutely love is the transparency TINY provides around future developments. Being able to see feature requests from other merchants, along with planned improvements, gives us confidence that the platform is continuously evolving based on real user feedback. It’s a collaborative approach that makes us feel heard and valued.
In short, TINY delivers big on support and innovation. We highly recommend their product to anyone looking for a reliable, forward-thinking solution.

for two years Julia is always avaialble, looks like she work 24/7 . she is amazing, very helpful and solved an issue many experts didn't know how. the app is great and improving. highly recommend it.

I've been using Tiny SEO for a few months and it has definitely streamlined our SEO work. Just today I got some help from Julia, via the Chat function in the app and it went well. I didn't understand what a JSON-LD was and now it's all done!!

Tiny SEO has been a strong add to my store. Julia in chat was fantastic. She spotted an issue with my theme’s JSON-LD structured data, explained the impact in plain language, and then fixed it on the spot by replacing the low-quality theme code with their version. That level of proactive help saved me time and headaches.

I am still learning everything the app offers, but the image optimization alone is already paying off. I often upload very large product images from RAW edits, and the batch optimization feature trims file sizes fast while keeping them crisp. Page loads feel snappier and the workflow is simple.

Grazie Julia e grazie Tiny SEO!
