The app was able to do so much that I had no clue how to do, or even where to start. Julia and Simon were a great help in making sure everything I needed to optimize the website was activated and they were extremely patient and willing to help even in areas that did not involve TinySEO. This for me is great customer service - the willingness to go above and beyond what is required of them. HIGHLY recommend the app and SUPER happy for the amazing service from REAL people.
We've been using this app for a very long time and it saves us a lot of time and money. Also customer support is amazing. Thank you Efrain!
perfect service
Really happy with TinySEO so far. The setup process was straightforward and the app optimised all 187 of my product images in minutes, saving nearly 30MB. Love that it automatically handles alt text and filenames for SEO. Great value for a small business.
Top application avec un service client efficace !

Best app on shopify and also the customer service is top notch!!
I installed Tiny SEO and had an excellent unsurpassed customer service. Julia from Tiny SEO guided me step by step over a couple of hours! to enhance my store's speed, optimization, etc. I strongly recommend this app
Highly recommended app. The interface is simple and easy to use, even for someone like me with no technical background. The features are powerful and genuinely helpful for improving store speed and image optimization. Customer support is also very fast, professional, and responsive. This app has helped my store a lot.
I had a great experience working with Chris and Julia from Tiny SEO. They were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain things clearly and made SEO feel much less overwhelming for me. I truly appreciate their support and the improvements they helped bring to my website. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to grow their online presence and improve their SEO.
