Tiny SEO Speed Image Optimizer

Great app overall! While the pricing is a bit on the higher side, it’s definitely worth it—especially for beginners, as it’s super easy to use and does a fantastic job. What impresses me the most is their incredible customer support. They respond literally within 10 minutes and help resolve any issue right away!

Excellent app and outstanding customer support!
The app is easy to use and has helped me improve my store's SEO and structured data. What impressed me the most was the support team. Julia guided me through the entire JSON-LD setup, helped remove duplicate schema from my theme, and made sure everything was configured according to Google's guidelines. She even verified the implementation using Google's Rich Results Test. Fast, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful support. Highly recommended!

Excellent service! I completed a site audit and discovered that I had two SEO apps running at the same time, which was causing problems with my website. The support I received was incredibly fast, and the issue was resolved quickly.

The person I spoke with was patient, knowledgeable and explained everything clearly, even though I’m not very tech-savvy. I’m so happy with the service and relieved that the problem has been fixed. Highly recommended!

Exceptional app and world-class support!

Julia and the TinySEO team went above and beyond to optimize our store. Julia personally audited our setup, removed redundant JSON-LD theme code, fixed our structured data for Google Rich Results, and significantly improved our page speed. Fast, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful for high-end e-commerce brands. Highly recommended!

Merci Simon.

Simon in customer service was incredibly helpful—I’d definitely give him five stars!

One suggestion for improvement: when users choose to have TinySEO optimize their images, it would be really helpful if there were a pop-up or warning that says something like:

"Your existing image alt text will be overwritten, but don't worry—we can restore it if needed."

I was pretty frustrated when I realized my carefully written alt text had been replaced. I even started restoring it manually before mentioning the issue while chatting with Shopify AI about an unrelated Judge.me problem. Thankfully, it suggested that TinySEO might be able to restore my original alt text, and Simon was able to help.

If I'd known restoration was possible—or had simply been warned beforehand—it would have saved me a lot of unnecessary stress and work.

TinySEO has been one of the most valuable apps we’ve added to our Shopify store. It brings together image optimisation, technical SEO, structured data, site-speed tools and newer AI-search features in one place without making the setup feel overly complicated.

The app itself has performed reliably, but the support is what really stands out. Julia was incredibly patient, transparent and genuinely helpful. She took the time to understand how we use the app, reviewed the most suitable plan for our needs, clearly explained what would and would not change, and stayed with us while we updated the subscription to make sure everything remained active and correctly configured.

It is rare to receive support that feels this attentive and solutions-focused. TinySEO is a strong product backed by an excellent team, and I would confidently recommend it to any Shopify merchant serious about improving their store’s SEO, performance and long-term visibility.

I tried a few other SEO apps for my store, but TinySEO is definitely the best one so far. The features are smooth, and the support team, especially Efrain, is super helpful and quick to assist. Highly recommended for any merchant looking to improve their search ranking easily.

I received absolutely excellent support from Efrain. He was patient, professional and extremely thorough throughout the entire process. He guided me step by step through the setup of the HTML sitemap, JSON-LD and shipping information, while also checking my current configuration for possible issues.

What impressed me most was that Efrain did not just give short standard answers. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions and made sure the setup was working correctly. He also noticed potential duplicated structured data that I would never have found myself.

This is exactly the kind of customer service every app should provide. Efrain is a huge asset to the TinySEO team, and his support made me feel confident that my store’s SEO setup was in good hands.

Highly recommended — five well-deserved stars!
