The SEO, Speed, and Image Optimizer has helped me improve things I didn't even realize needed improving with my e-commerce website. Their recommendations and simple implementations have benefited me greatly.
I have installed this app couple of times and tried other apps. Yeh crazy me but finally I fall for this one. Hats off to your team. Quick response and they go the extra mile to help you out.
Thank you so much
Really good app - saved me hours of work and the support is quite exceptional! Definitely recommended. I will have to see how the ranking improves with the images optimizations and all the alt text and filenames.
This app will show you ways to improve your website that you may never have known existed. Also the customer service is top notch, Simon did an amazing job answering my questions and helping me get the most out of the features.
J'ai utilisé cette application pour mon site et je la trouve génial. En plus d'être efficace (je m'en sers pour accélérer mon site et pour mon SEO) le support est super actif et répond rapidement à toutes nos demandes. Bref je recommande !
Had some trouble with site speed due to unneeded apps and unwanted code. After talking to their staff my requests and questions were answered swiftly and dealt with in a kind manner. Definitely recommend, for the initial service and amazing customer support!
I used this app to improve the speed of loading my webpage and I was amazed at how well it worked. Now my store loads lightning fast. The only improvement I would recommend is to be able to activate ALT tags for specific areas like the blog and exclude areas like the product.
I have been searching and testing image optimizers for 9 months and now I found this and am THOROUGHLY IMPRESSED!! This is a no-brainer when it comes to results! It shows the results in an easily understandable ui and it has sooo many features to improve your SEO and speed that I just have not found packed into one app!
I used this app to help increase load times and make my store more fluid, however the app rearranged all photos deleted the originals and the load times are not even better now. No clue why this is rated 4.9 stars. Edit: Customer support is very helpful. I will not be using the app however I must recommend the app just based on the support received.
We managed to get a single response from the merchant and checked the issues they mentioned in the review.
1. Checked variants we got from Shopify and checked the merchants store and all of the variants were re-assigned correctly.
2. We have all backups of the images and offered to restore all of them to the original state. When images are optimized It's only natural that they are replaced with optimized versions. We cannot have the same image as It would have no affect.
3. The loading time increased on pages where the images were optimized. 112 MB reduced from 133 images which is almost 1MB per image and It's an amazing result! It should reflect on the page speed insights in 24-48 hours.
We tried to help the merchant, offered to change all images back to original, offered additional help to further speed up their store as there is quite a few things to improve that would increase speed and sales alongside that.
It's quite sad to see that such cool looking stores with great products leave reviews without contacting us first when It's a 10 minute thing to restore all images and we would provide a lot more that would help the merchant out a lot.
Also to answer why It's a 4.9 star - It should be a 5* average. Our bad reviews are only from customers who are not willing to accept our help. Everyone else is really happy with our product and customer support we provide!
We help people not only increase their site speed and SEO, but provide tips on how to increase sales too!
Edit: Thank you so much for the updated feedback! I hope our tips will help you with increasing your speed a lot more!
The app itself is good, it helps to optimize images and it's pretty straightforward. However, the real star of the show is customer service. My store suddenly started loading slowly. I wrongly assumed this app was the cause. Julia was super friendly and kind, got in like a magician, figured out that the problem was another app that I installed and uninstalled a while back, and she even fixed it for me when she didn't have to. Julia, you're a rockstar, thank you very much!
