The customer service is very responsive and professional. Every question gets a clear and detailed response, with precise explanations to understand and optimize images properly.

An efficient and attentive support team, perfect for those who want serious guidance and useful advice. I highly recommend it!

Great customer service. Easy to work with. The app is a must for website optimization. Before the app my website was very slow, after installation of the app it skyrocket. Totally worth it.

We installed the app 1 week ago, mostly to update our SEO. Love the features to bulk update image titels and add alt text.

They also helped me to check my set up and gave me tips to complete it wich makes it very personal and human. I highly recommend this app for independent webshops.

I purchased the yearly plan, and I couldn’t be happier! The app is super easy to use and packed with so many useful features that I wouldn’t be able to handle on my own. What impressed me the most is their customer service! I reached out for help with clearing errors from my website, and they responded right away with clear guidance. They are incredibly helpful and responsive. Highly recommend Tiny SEO for anyone looking to improve their store’s SEO effortlessly!

I’ve now been using TinySEO for several years and I’m still on a legacy plan as an early user. As my website, online business and overall online presence continue to grow, a huge part of that progress is down to this app.

It genuinely feels like having someone working full-time behind the scenes on SEO every single day. The consistency and automation alone have made a massive difference to my rankings across hundreds of SKUs.

I’ve recommended TinySEO to a couple of friends who run Shopify stores as well, and they’ve seen the same kind of impact.

There isn’t another app I’d recommend more highly.

Excellent Support – Quick and Efficient!

Thank you so much, Simon, for your immediate response to our problem. Your expertise and quick action helped us resolve the double H1 tag issue on our VIS24.de website efficiently. We truly appreciate your professionalism and help.

I have been using TinyIMG for quite a while now, mainly to optimise my images, as I wouldn't have a clue how to do it myself.
This app makes it so easy to do, and really makes a huge difference to how fast my website works.
The pricing is really good too, for all the work it does.
Can I also mention the Customer Service is amazing, for any problems. I recently had a query and Julia, the Customer Service representative, was very helpful, friendly, and sorted it out for me straight away - I was expecting a few days wait, but it was almost instant.
So highly recommend TinyIMG to anyone looking to optimise their images on Shopify, it really is worth it!

Helps quite a bit with simple SEO related task, for e.g. updating the JSON LD. The Dashboard is quite nice giving you quick access to multiple sections of your website (related to SEO optimization) which otherwise might need some elbow grease. Their support staff is really nice, they listen to your issues and try to provide a realistic solution to your problem.

Special shout out to Julia, who has helped me from the start. I came across this website from ed-codes youtube channel, however the link which could give me a discount was broken, Julia helped fix it from the backend allowing to access the same. She also followed up later regarding tips on how I could make certain changes to my website to ensure google doesn't flag my website.

Update after almost a year of using this app -
Customer Service is quick, reliable and very helpful.

Great features and they keep updating them.

Improvement is immediate and visible

I've installed this app across all my stores.

COMPLETELY IN LOVE with this app and team. Thank you!

This app is a do-it-all for everything page optimization - load speed, SEO metadata, broken links, etc.

It's great if you're not super tech savvy but don't want to reach out to a specialist/professional.

The app is very easy to navigate and the support team is excellent. Highly recommend.
