Tiny SEO Speed Image Optimizer

TinyIMG is such a powerful image optimization tool, it compresses product photos perfectly without sacrificing any image clarity.
What impresses me most is their incredible customer support. I accidentally messed up all meta descriptions in bulk and reached out for help. Their team quickly stepped in and manually restored all the original meta content for me right away. What’s more, they even proactively found hidden rich text formatting issues I hadn’t noticed themselves, then contacted me on their own initiative to fix all those problems manually.

The support team is responsive, responsible and far more attentive than I expected. They go out of their way to solve unexpected issues for merchants. I’m totally satisfied with both the tool and their thoughtful service, and I would absolutely recommend TinyIMG to every online store owner.

great customer support, thanks Julia

Over the years, I have lost significant rankings due to many factors. I installed TinySEO to help get my ranking back. The app is very user-friendly and when I need assistance, support was a click away. The tech went above and beyond to help me. I am already seeing my rankings improve.

this has been an extremely helpful and easy-to-use tool for me to optimize my product pages and images especially. I am the business owner and am very hands on even though I have very little experience with online ecommerce and Tiny SEO has been a very useful tool for me to assist and complement what my web dev team is doing. As I am the one, editing and adding product pages- I rely on Tiny SEO to do a quick run through on every page and optimize images and copy.

The app has been working well for me overall. I've noticed that my Google organic search traffic has been growing, which is great to see.

Super helpful with the backend of my website. They fixed some coding errors quickly and were very responsive to my messages. I have now installed this on my other retail website, and should have used them years ago.

I am OBSESSED with how easy this was! Every guided step was simple to complete, and the explanations actually made sense. No other SEO improvement tool (or JD-whatever-it's-called) has ever clicked for my brain, but this one broke everything down in plain, regular-person language. I never felt lost or overwhelmed.

And the results are real! I saw serious improvements on my site after just following the steps. On top of that, it's so customizable in design that I was able to blend it in seamlessly with my theme. It looks like it was always meant to be there.

If SEO has ever made your eyes glaze over, this is the one. Highly recommend!

Effrain was absolutely fantastic to work with! He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and thorough, and took the time to make sure everything was set up correctly and that I understood what was being done. SEO can be overwhelming, but Effrain made the entire process easy and gave me so much confidence that my store was in good hands. His customer service went above and beyond what I expected. I highly recommend Tiny SEO, and especially Effrain—truly exceptional support and one of the best experiences I’ve had with a Shopify app team. Five stars all the way!
