Qikify Mega Menu & Navigation

Super easy to use and get set up. I opted to integrate using CSS. I have no coding experience but the tutorial video was very helpful and easy to follow. My text colors were still showing as blue on my mobile website and were not matching my themes font/colors. I sent an email and it was remedied almost immediately. Great app, even better customer service!

App works perfectly! We have quite a lot of collections. Mega menu solves this problem. Now all collections can be displayed. Support is also quick and extremely helpful.

Very flexible menu system and works well on both desktop and mobile. It's a fairly straightforward UI and many options to create a custom mega menu. Once you understand the UI, you can create whatever you want. Well done app!

I wish I had found this app a long time ago! I've only just started exploring the possibilities of this app, but already it's doing exactly what I wanted it to, and it looks gorgeous. I'm very happy to finally have control over my store's menu, and I'm looking forward to exploring all the options.

Support, as always, is outstanding. I needed some help getting the app installed and working the way I wanted to. Arian was very patient and SUPER helpful. I'm also a qikify Form Builder customer and support has always been great for that app. When I needed a mega menu and saw that qikify had developed one I went straight for it. qikify Mega Menu is a fabulous app for our website. It has allowed us to expand our menus making them look so much more professional and inviting to customers. Set up was super easy and the few times I ran into trouble, I submitted help tickets and got a quick response and problem solved. Highly recommend this app

I have been using this app for quite a long time now. Its amazing how easy it is to understand and user friendly. Never had any technical issues with it

Unfortunately, I can only give this app one star. For $20 a month, I expect quick support. The app lacks settings to visualize the design. If you make the background black and the text white in the top menu with the search bar, the icon and the placeholder text in the search field will also be white. So you only have a white bar. You can't change the background color of the search bar separately either.

There are no settings for spacing in the submenu. There are predefined spacings, but they are much too large in the distance jumps. Furthermore, the entire submenu has a thin white frame. So if you use a darker background, the menu looks like a website with frames, like from the 2000s.

In my opinion, support should respond within 8 hours. At $20 a month, this app isn't exactly cheap considering that it can't do much and it lacks the most basic settings that should actually be a given in this day and age.

Conclusion:

If you have expectations of a good construction kit, then I definitely cannot recommend this app at this point in time. Because it lacks professional implementation and good support. Because it takes too long to arrive.
