Qikify Mega Menu & Navigation

Qikify. Awesome app for building complex menus. Extraordinary levels of support, but - and it is a big but - I have only needed the help of their support team once. And yes, they smashed that one job out of the park in a heartbeat.

Recomendable 100%

I have only been useing this app for a short time but I love it. I have tried some of the other mega menus and they can be difficult to master. This is so simple and easy to use, very user friendly. I asked for support as I was having issues and my issue was fixed in no time at all, even over the Christmas period... (thanks Sebastian for the assistance).
Great app, can't fault it. I would give it 10 stars out of 5 if I could!!

So straight forward and easy to use, can't wait for our new store to go live so we can really give it a run.

The versatility means that we will be able to update our offers and categories regularly and quickly.

With over 800 categories, it has been a struggle for many years to find a menu system that can handle all our categories without having to hide them so deeply that no one, not even our staff, can find them. With the use of tabs, we will not have to use scroll bars, or sub-sub-sub-sub categories.

Absolutely thrilled with this app! The level of customization it offers is simply unparalleled, transforming the way our customers engage with our website into something uniquely captivating. But what really sets this app apart is the stellar support team. When I encountered a snag, due to my own oversight, and reached out for help, their response was lightning-fast. Within 24 hours, they not only acknowledged my query but also resolved the issue I inadvertently caused. Their quick detection and fix of the error in my template was nothing short of impressive. I'm beyond satisfied – truly exceptional service!

This has helped us tremendously this year! We have over 3K products with lots of submenus, overlapping titles, etc... our Qikify Smart Menu is easy to use, easy to adjust, and hasn't given us any trouble to date!

Highly recommend this app - still learning it but already see how intuitive it is and so many customizations/navigation options possible. AWESOME support - fast email replies, also videos if i get stuck. Thank you Miley, Sebastian, Henry!

Fantastic and flexable allowing us to customise a unique menu for both Desktop and Mobile whilst being supported. In addition the layout allow images and copy to be used in conjunction with each other.
The support service is fantastic and knew exactly how to solve problems problem promptly and fast. Thank you very much. Love the app.

Great app, it's easy to use and make it easy to design and set out a menu the way you want it. I had a small tech issue (user error) but the support team were quick to respond and made the changes for me to make it work how I wanted. Would recommend.
