Qikify Mega Menu & Navigation

Stop looking for the best app, this is it! This is an easy, frustration-free app! Really. I spent days trying to make my mega menu using me Out of the Sandbox Flex theme and it was not going smoothly. I found this app and am using the FREE version. It is so great. I wish I would have done this years ago. My menu looks great! I look forward to upgrading and using Icons for new releases and photos. For now I just wanted to get this up. I use this app to help me create an organized and thorough navigation menu for my site which has a wide variety of product across many categories that also has visual assets to improve the shopping experience. My theme natively does not have the ability to make a complex navigation menu like this so this app is a perfect solution. I love how much you can customize your menu and it is really easy to build. When I had an issue with how my menu was effecting with other elements of my theme I contacted support and they implemented a solution right away. I was relieved it was such a quick fix! I definitely recommend this app if your native theme does not give you the menu you need to convey your product offering well and to optimize your on site experience.

We sell dolls at BestDollsForKids.com and though everyone knows what ' a doll' is, very few people realize how many different kinds of dolls there are, rag dolls, baby dolls, learn to dress dolls etc. We felt that our theme's menu was not suited to that kind of product mix, so asked a Shopify Guru and she said 'you need a mega menu.' After looking them all over we trialed Smart Menu and are thrilled with the results. One click on our main menu and our customers instantly see every category laid out neatly, and can make a decision quickly. And, when they click to the collection page, if it's not what they wanted, the menu is right there to try again. We have upgraded to a paid plan, because even though the menu is great, the support has been great also, and we feel we should pay and make sure this company stays in business!

After much back and forth and looking over multiple apps for navigation we decided to get the premium version of Smart Mega Menu & Navigation. Yesterday, we installed the app and set it up on our website. There was a small learning curve as it was very easy to use and there are a ton of options available. It was fun looking through them and seeing how they looked on our site. We have a few tweaks over the next week as we think about a few changes but all in all we are very happy. We did have one issue with sizing, the menu was hanging off the side of the web page. We put in a support request at the end of the day and went home. I opened up my email this morning and there was an email saying that it was fixed. It looks great and I am really happy that the developer was so quick to make it work for us. I am real impressed with the customer service.

Having spent some time looking at various options, I stumbled upon Smart Menu by chance. Blown away by its simplicity to use and its features. Absolutely brilliant!

very simple, it takes few minutes if all your links are ready, i loved that i can use images and forms in the menu, however, i just have one concern, menu is somehow slow to show up when opening a new tab in the website otherwise all are great and very helpful support team

I have been a customer for a long time and love the app, HOWEVER, I am giving a 1 star review right now because the menu has gone completely blank with no fix. No matter what I do the menu is completely gone and my site is not navigable. I guess I'm shut down for the day. Beware of this if you are thinking of using the app.

SmartMega Menu was nice, until I needed customer service. It is very difficult to get customer service. I've contacted Qikify customer support and haven't received a response in 9 days. I've sent 5 emails to them to solve this issue and Qikify is not helping. It's very frustrating. Because of this, my customers can't contact us through our website. We are losing business because of the lack of customer support from Qikify. Hopefully you have better luck with their customer service.

I have to amend my review. The app has a fatal flaw! DO NOT INSTALL THIS APP!!!!!!!! The drop-downs appear not only when you hover the menu header but also when you hover anywhere the menu will appear which obscures that part of the page. Read the rest of the review but as I told the publisher these issues should have been fixed before release. I've wasted countless hours when I discovered this fatal flaw. This app is way too finicky. Little adjustments to any menu can have a global effect on sub and parent menus. Adding pictures to a menu is relatively easy but placement is impossible even though there is a drop down menu, it almost never works. Virtually NO drag and drop make using this app extremely time consuming. I would only recommend it to someone with a lot of extra time on their hands.
