Qikify Mega Menu & Navigation

i got a huge problem, our customers couldnt use the menu but now i got help on saturday from support, really great! i will write if the issue is fixed and update my review right after that. Till now, very friendly and great support! Edit: The outstanding support fixed the problem very fast and the app works great! im super hapy with it and can recommend it for all who search for an great app and very fast and nice support.

I am really very happy with qikify and can really recommend the app. I had a few questions and visual changes I wanted to make to the mobile menu and got immediate support from Miley, who helped me fix the problem.

If you take a little time at the beginning, you will quickly get the hang of it and the app is easy to understand.

I know that if I have any questions or problems in the future, I can always ask and count on help.

This app is riddled with bugs, and the submenu controls aren’t just half-baked — they’re a complete nightmare to configure and maintain.

Support is even worse. Their “live chat” is basically dead. On the rare occasion someone shows up, you’ll get a generic “please wait” message and then they vanish for hours. The chat tool inside the admin is so buggy it’s sometimes unusable — you can’t even type properly. I literally demonstrated the issue to them, they were shocked by how broken the experience was, and months later nothing has changed.

Overall: unstable product, painful setup, and support that feels nonexistent. Avoid unless you enjoy wasting time.

Best mega menu app I've tried so far, has so many options to customise and allows the exact number of mega menus I needed to set up on my website, just from their basic plan. Also the fastest and most helpful support team when I got stuck. Can't recommend enough.

This app has made a huge difference in presenting a polished and professional navigational menu for customers to make their way through our site. Bonne appli qui permet de réaliser des menus assez personnalisables dès la version gratuite, le premier plan payant offre des fonctions supplémentaires déjà très agréables comme l'animation de l'ouverture des menus, pour un coût assez faible.
