Qikify Mega Menu & Navigation

Wow - how refreshing to have an app work right away with no fuss. We did not have to contact support at all to create the mega menu. The free app supports real mega menu columns and products with photos and more.

Usually would not like allow app branding but the small link "created with Smart Menu" is not ostentatious. or a visual eyesore.

The tutorial video could be better - it is too fast but there are some on YouTube that filled in the blanks.

Got this app to replace Buddha Menu as it offers the free fly out mega menu and it's great! Easy to use for building the menu and when it came to setup, unfortunately our store uses a custom theme which made it incompatible for the instructions provided to switch over the menu. This was not a problem though as the developer was very quick to respond and complete setup(within 24-48 hrs). We even experienced a few glitches that she fixed without a problem. Very happy with the app and the service!

I cannot say enough about the Smart Mega Menu by qikify!!! My experience from the very beginning was awesome! I am not tech or app savvy so I did my best to explain what I was hoping to do with my website, and the representative replied within just an hour telling me they had already created it for me! Everyone is so helpful and willing to go above and beyond. I love my new mega menu and am excited to add to it! They really laid the groundwork for me making my job so much easier... This app really helped transform our store with our new theme. Before this app, customers would spend an average of 20-30 seconds in our store, according to our analytics. After we installed their mega menu and separated products by subcategories, customers now spend an average of 2-5 minutes, and product higher conversion rates. One thing to be mentioned is, since our theme was complicated, we needed help setting up, and as soon as we gave them access, they immediately helped us publish the menu. So far this app helped us effectively install an impressive mega menu onto our website, making it easier for us to display all of the categories for our products (automotive parts and accessories). What makes this app even better is that even as our catalogue grows, we can adapt the menu to suit our requirements. The qikify support team was prompt with replies and provided an incredibly fast solution by making some CSS changes to make it even more suitable for my theme. I used this app to help create a better menu for my website. It worked wonders and gives my customers an easy user friendly interface. Not only this, but I had a problem with the search bar and shopping basket integrating with the menu where my customers could not access them properly. I sent a quick message over to the support staff at smart menu, and they said they would get straight on it. Less than 24 hours went by and they emailed me having completely fixed the issue themselves.

I got my mega menu set up fast and easily! It looks much better and has so many more options than my theme's built-in mega menu. The problem was that my theme's search bar was layered underneath the menu. So when I did a search, the results would be underneath my nav bar. It seemed to be a z-index issue with my theme. One that I was unable to fix so I reached out for help. I emailed Qikify support and in about 24 hours not only did they reply but they also fixed the problem for me. 5 stars on both of the apps I've used from Qikify. I may just have to try more out. Thanks again for the help!

This is the best Mega Menu app in the Shopify app store. Intuitive, but at some point the menu order can be trickier to accommodate, but once you learn how to do it, it becomes incredibly simple.

Support is amazing, seriously, the best I've ever encounter with any app or even theme developer, I'm with empire, from Pixel Union, who claim have world level support, not even close to qikify. They just completed a not that simple personalization task I asked for and I wasen't even a premium user of their app. Now I will and I don't really need it, but it's incredibly cheap.

Stop looking for the best app, this is it! This is an easy, frustration-free app! Really. I spent days trying to make my mega menu using me Out of the Sandbox Flex theme and it was not going smoothly. I found this app and am using the FREE version. It is so great. I wish I would have done this years ago. My menu looks great! I look forward to upgrading and using Icons for new releases and photos. For now I just wanted to get this up. I have a store selling second hand big game fishing lures and have a lot of different features, styles, categories and this app has made it possibly to organize them so my customers can find what they need! http://biggamelureshawaii.com

I use this app to help me create an organized and thorough navigation menu for my site which has a wide variety of product across many categories that also has visual assets to improve the shopping experience. My theme natively does not have the ability to make a complex navigation menu like this so this app is a perfect solution. I love how much you can customize your menu and it is really easy to build. When I had an issue with how my menu was effecting with other elements of my theme I contacted support and they implemented a solution right away. I was relieved it was such a quick fix! I definitely recommend this app if your native theme does not give you the menu you need to convey your product offering well and to optimize your on site experience.
