Qikify Mega Menu & Navigation

We started using the paid version of Smart Menu a few days ago with the Retina theme. Faced a lot of challenges initially to get it to work correctly, but Tracy and the team at Smart Menu were very helpful every step of the way. Not to mention that Smart Menu has helped give a modern look to our website, and make the menus look beautiful.

I highly recommend them for their product + customer service.

Took a little to wrap my head around the different templates, placement etc. I'm very happy with it now though. We are a small store with a wide and varied range - mens/womens/kids clothing, boots, hats, belts...plus giftware...plus saddlery...plus veterinary supplies...plus animal feed!

Being able to really divide our menu up into clear and easy to read sections makes our website a lot easier for customers to navigate.

i got a huge problem, our customers couldnt use the menu but now i got help on saturday from support, really great! i will write if the issue is fixed and update my review right after that. Till now, very friendly and great support! I am really very happy with qikify and can really recommend the app. I had a few questions and visual changes I wanted to make to the mobile menu and got immediate support from Miley, who helped me fix the problem.

If you take a little time at the beginning, you will quickly get the hang of it and the app is easy to understand.

The app itself is fantastic and has made a huge difference in the navigation and overall user experience of our store. It's incredibly easy to use and customize, and has a wide range of features that allow for a highly functional and visually appealing menu.

After Qikify customized my app for mobile, I found that the menu expanded and froze on landscape mode. It works fine on portrait.

I contacted support asking them to fix their mistake in landscape and Duke eventually took on the project and after some back and forth my issue was resolved.

There are some bugs depending on your theme, but I think that their customer support is willing to cooperate to get the app just as you like it..

Looked at several types of apps for header navigation for my website, the Smart Menu looked like it would be the best fit from the other options. Turns out my gut instinct was right and this app was not only easy to use for a computer stupid person like myself, but it also made my website appear soooo much better than before. The process of building the new menu and final result were both excellent and I would definitely recommend this app!

I am using the Brooklyn theme and I didn't like their menu options. Smart Menu has given me the freedom to create exactly what I want. It took a few minutes to figure out how to design the menu, but it is really worth the effort. I am so happy with the results and it automatically created a mobile menu bar as well. I needed a bit of help removing the old Shopify menu and the Smart Menu help team got back to me and sorted it out within a few minutes.

Easily having separate menu for desktop and mobile is remarkable point. It provides many kind of templates and easy to create original menu system based on them.
We've evaluated some of mega menu apps and encountered compatibility problem with themas we are using and this app is no exception however the support team engineers were working hard to fix it.
We recommend the app to all the shops who intend to implement rich menu system. It's five star app and support!

So far though, I am impressed. Once I drive more traffic to my website, I am certain I will upgrade to the tabs section, as annoyingly, there is only 1 menu that I need as that currently. Once my business and product list grows, I will absolutely be upgrading.
