The app has a lot of potential and the mega menu itself looks good when it’s working, but the experience has been disappointing.
I’m dealing with multiple technical issues across desktop and mobile, including Safari compatibility problems, menu flickering on initial page load, disappearing menus while scrolling, and limited mobile menu behavior. I reported all of these in detail, but after more than 12 hours there hasn’t even been a simple acknowledgment or response from support team.
No matter how good the features are, customer support is the most important part of any app. Technical issues happen, but leaving customers without any response is frustrating, especially when the app is critical to the storefront navigation.
I hope the support team improves their response time because the product has potential, but right now the lack of communication makes it difficult to recommend.
Hi there,
Thank you very much for taking the time to share your feedback. We're truly sorry to hear about your experience, and we completely understand how frustrating it must have been.
Please accept our sincere apologies for the delay in getting back to you. The gap in our response was due to our working hours combined with the time zone difference. While that explains the delay, it certainly doesn't change the experience you had, and we understand why it was disappointing.
We're continuously working to improve our support coverage and expand our support hours so we can better assist merchants across different time zones as our resources allow.
We value your feedback as it helps us improve our service and response process. If you have any unresolved issues, please reply directly via the in-app chatbox, and we will be happy to help you personally.
Thank you for your patience and understanding, and once again, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
Best regards,
Qikify Support Team
