Useless - especially customer support

This app works great! Full of settings, may be confusing for some but you don't need to change anything from the default settings, it's ready to go out of the box. Compared to other similar apps that i've tried it's truly superior.

For one it's fast, no waiting for your feed to generate.

Two, there is no product limit, no tiers in pricing etc, one price for everything nothing hidden like other apps.

Three, it truly works great for pinterest, unlike other apps that just generate one huge useless feed, this one lets you make feeds for each collection, so you can make many boards and sections on pinterest and add a feed to each one without having to dump a huge feed into 1 board.

I didn't need any support as it's so easy to use so i cant comment on that area.

The app itself is grate but in terms of support I have an open ticket since March (it's middle of May already), and no own ever replied... https://i.imgur.com/XTCl1xz.png. You guys should give support as good as your product, because otherwise you saw the branch you sitting on.

Got this to create RSS feed for blog. It would be better if the chronology were correct.

Aren’t really any other options. Prior to Shopify, I created feeds manually in a text editor. Very tedious. Surprised Shopify implementation is broken, creating a need for third-party app.

Excellent customer support, great app - works well with Facebook Instant Articles.

At first I couldn't get it to work right, and customer support continued to work with me - both my own troubleshooting and by making changes to the app.
