SmartBot: Leading AI Chatbot

Zendesk wants $80k to do the same thing this app does at a fraction of the cost. Not to mention when compared to other AI services like Hubspot and rep.Ai we see more cohesive responses with smart bot not to mention it does a great job of using all parts of the site for it's knowledge base including the blogs.

As of now this app is what we need and we are happy with the preliminary results.

This chatbot has successfully generated sales for me, which is fantastic! However, there's an issue—it occasionally tells customers available products are unavailable or not found in the inventory.

Making life easy even after only a week after installation.

It helps gather customers details, saves me time with emailing silly questions back and forward.

Customers easily get questions answered with a fluent conversation flow.

Nice app I just wish they would let you pick the products the app learns rather than leaving it up to the app itself and it would be nice to have a way to remove the "SmartBot by BestChat" link and description at the bottom of the chat window.
If these two thing ever get taken care of the app would be perfect in my opinion.

the product is excellent. but the support team is not active to response. i have emailed thrice but still no response from their side about few questions i asked. as i have subscribed for 300 USD plan, i was expecting a better service. atleast human support

I like the was the app converses with clients but I do think that it could use some more tweaks there have been customers that are looking for a product and it didn’t recognize that we carry the product as well as other variations.

Great app but would love to be able to jump into the conversation with customers, and be able to train the bot based off real previous conversations.

cela a l'air pas mal après 1 heure d'utilisation. Il manque à mon avis des outils pour mieux personnaliser le bot tant sur le ton de dialogue que sur l'apprentissage. Le suivi de colis ne fonctionne pas malgré les bonnes informations saisies. Enfin il serait aussi bien de passer la main à un agent humain lorsque le client le demande et pour cela il faut programmer des heures d'ouvertures.
Nous utilisons smartbot depuis presque 12 mois. Si au début cela était convainquant, le conseil produit est très très approximatif voir faux. Nous l'alimentons régulièrement et malgré cela le conseil est mauvais.
Nous sommes déçus et nous regardons pour changer

This is amazing! I know AI is way smarter than I could ever be, but I just installed this smartbot and tested it on our site. I asked 95% of our customer service questions to it and it answered all of them flawlessly without me having to give it any information. This will cut back a lot of my customer service time. I'm very excited.
