I'm excited to try out SmartBot! I've been looking for a chatbot that can help me automate my customer support and improve my customer experience. I'm particularly interested in the personalized product recommendations feature, which I think could be a great way to increase my sales. I'll be sure to update my review once I've had a chance to use SmartBot for a while.

Honestly pretty bad.
It’s great that it links to your shopify store but the training options are way too limited which makes it impossible to use this AI bot for anything above tracking orders, making very basic (and often wrong) suggestions and redirecting customers to store policies.
Also note that these developers offer 30% off the plan if you leave a good review which makes this review page completely erroneous.

That the bot helps to answer questions the customer may have about the products or the site. They do a good job answering questions. You have to make sure that the bot works and it is a good way to help you improve your store.

The custom rules set up are working very well so far. However, the saving of new settings is very temperamental and sometimes deletes a large chunks of my edits even after pressing save. I found a work around for this issue. But otherwise, this SmartBot works amazingly well even on the free plan.

Je recommande cette application car je la trouve tout simplement efficace, elle me permet de ne pas laisser le client sans réponses, d'obtenir un suivi bien réel, un historique pour mieux comprendre mes clients et surtout cette application est agréable, parfois rigolote vraiment je l'apprécie beaucoup !
