Once installed, ask the bot questions about your products to identify holes in knowledge. It is quite a quick process and helps the bot learn and for us to leanr how a customer may use the bot.

I just installed it but i wasn't expecting it to go live right away before i did testing. that's was disappointing, but i will let you know later if it works ok.

so far the chat feature is great ai learning clean and helpful for customer inquiries

Je viens de l'installer, cela à l'air d'être une excellente apk, configuration facile, s'adapte très bien à la boutique. je trouve simplement les prix un peu elevé, mais franchement je vais tester, le but étant d'avoir plus de clients et de régler les frictions à l'achat. On verra bien. En cours de test pour l'instant :)
