I'm excited to try out SmartBot! I've been looking for a chatbot that can help me automate my customer support and improve my customer experience. Honestly pretty bad.
It’s great that it links to your shopify store but the training options are way too limited which makes it impossible to use this AI bot for anything above tracking orders, making very basic (and often wrong) suggestions and redirecting customers to store policies.
Also note that these developers offer 30% off the plan if you leave a good review which makes this review page completely erroneous.

That the bot helps to answer questions the customer may have about the products or the site. They do a good job answering questions. You have to make sure that the bot works and it is a good way to help you improve your store.
