It easily handles all my social media replies, letting me focus on other areas of the business while keeping my customers happy.

In my opinion the app didn't provide any good overview of how to set things up. Hence, I scheduled an onboarding call. I stayed awake until midnight to do the call, as the timezones were not matching. No one showed up to the meeting and even after sending them an e-mail, I never heard anything back. Would definitely not recommend if you want to be taken seriously as a client.
