First day using basic features of the app like pop ups and automations and its been performing as expected thus far. I must commend the customer service team for the response and clarity in providing diagnosis and workarounds for new users. Jesse in particular was extremely helpful and i would recommend any small business to give this app a try (:

Been using these guys for a few years. What a great team they are. Nothing is to much trouble even when we had a few problems. They are on it. Look forward to working with them
THEY HAVE NOT VERIFEID MY ACCOUNT, AND CHARGING ME PAYMENT EVERY MONTH OF $65.93. THAT'S SO WRONG. I HAVE NO IDEA, WHERE THIS COMPANY IS LOCATED, AND WHAT TYPE OF LAW THEY ARE FOLLOWING.
Hello - We have not been able to reach you to either by email or by in-app message to get the required information to verify your account. When the free trial expired you were charged as is normal for trial periods. If you could please reply to our requests for verification I'm sure we can resolve this for you.
