The Smartrmail team has not only built a powerful app that covers the entire spectrum of e-commerce from A to Z—it also stands out thanks to its superb customer service. We received in-depth advice and felt we were in professional hands at all times. That's hard to find these days! You rock!
Very helpful with customer service and quick to respond to issues. The app itself is very easy to use but sometimes we non-techies need a little assistance. Glad to know we can get good service when we need it.

This is a superb app for email marketing, the support is great and not rushed, I am not an it exert so appreciate this . the templates they created where superb as well.
Excellent customer support, I had a meeting with one of the guys and he helped me edit my abandoned cart emails Plus a subscription pop up.
