Super easy to use and set up! Everything works smoothly, and we haven’t had any issues at all. It makes creating and managing size charts so simple. We’re really hoping this helps our customers find the right size more confidently and reduces returns and exchanges. Fingers crossed and praying it makes a difference! Highly recommend!
Huge shoutout to Leslie and the rest of the team! They were exceptionally fast, friendly, and an absolute joy to work with. The app itself is fantastic, and the new AI addition makes setting everything up and managing the app so much easier. The customer service truly goes above and beyond. Highly recommend to any store owner looking for top-tier support and a great size chart solution!
Thank you so much for the amazing feedback! We’ll make sure Leslie sees your shoutout. It’s especially great to hear that the new AI features are making SmartSize easier to set up and manage, that’s exactly what we hoped to achieve with them.
Thanks for choosing SmartSize and for such a generous recommendation. We’re very happy to have Athlétic Elegancé with us!
— The SmartSize Team
We recently switched to Smart Size after using our own size guides and it has really helped to streamline the appearance of our product pages, and is much more user friendly. It included most of the key features we were looking for, and the team have been so helpful and responsive with any specific changes or issues we've encountered. Thank you!
Thank you so much for the kind review! We’re really happy to hear that SmartSize has helped streamline your product pages and make your size guides more user-friendly.
It’s also been a pleasure working with you on the specific changes you needed. We really appreciate your support and are always here if you need anything! 😊
