From my perspective Smile is the best and easiest loyalty program to set up and integrate with a number of brilliant interfaces. It clearly contributes to the entire retention journey. The support team is always very helpful.

I've had a great experience with Smile so far! After researching a lot of different loyalty/ rewards platforms for my brand, smile kept coming up. I even downloaded and tested out different platforms, and smile was by far the easiest to use and set up. I built out my loyalty plan very quickly, a d got it all up and running with the help of their team, specifically Lisa who was super helpful. Highly recommend this app to start rewarding your loyal customers with points and rewards.

Shelby and Analisa were quick to resolve some check out issues with a customer that was trying to combine discounts. They gave me step by step instructions and followed up if I had further questions....well, I did. I had been frustrated with the loyalty program at check out (online) and they assisted to make it a smoother workflow for my customers. The support received installing, implementing and using this app has been outstanding. We changed to this loyalty program because of major issues and increasing costs, however changing platforms is not an easy decision to make.

Rather than simply directing us to a standard help article or suggesting an upgrade, she enabled additional functionality on our current plan that allows us to create rewards for both subscription and one-time purchases. Get it! I have had Smile for a while now, I honestly am having difficulty remembering how long it has been it has been so long. So far, I have had no issues with the rewards functioning properly, customers having ease of use, or on my end as the store owner for the behind the scenes set up things. It is easy to navigate, very intuitive. You can set redeemable rewards to only work for a (one) collection, make it exclusive for the person who redeemed the reward ensuring who ever uses that reward is using that account that earned and claimed it. There are discounted and free shipping reward options customers can redeem points for. They also have options for customizing colors to fit your website branding. I am very happy with the free plan and when I am ready for even more features that support a larger brand/business, I will be upgrading to the paid version.
