Lynn is the best representative who helped us.
She responded within the day and did a follow up if the issue had been resolved and if there was anything else she could assist with.
We truly appreciate the assistance, since the issue we encountered affected all our loyal customers, and receiving help right away and her being so thoughtful as to follow up if everything works out is beyond what we expected.
