BE AWARE OF THIS APP.
THIS APP INSTALLED A MALICIOUS SCRIPT INTO OUR WEBSITE THAT WAS REDIRECTING CUSTOMERS TO A DIFFERENT PAYOUT PAGE.
Hi UnicBrands,
We're truly sorry for what happened, and we completely understand why you're disappointed with us. Your trust means everything to us.
The issue was fixed on the day of the incident, and we completed security checks on your store that same day to confirm that it was safe and secure.
We’d now like to share an update: Smind Sections has undergone independent third-party penetration testing and is available on the Shopify App Store again. This reflects the extensive work we have done to meet Shopify’s stringent requirements for reinstatement and provide a more secure and reliable app.
We know trust has to be earned back. If you feel our resolution and follow-up have addressed your concerns, we would sincerely appreciate you reconsidering your rating - but there is no pressure.
Should you choose to use Smind Sections again, we would be happy to welcome you back.
Thank you for your previous support. We remain here to help with any questions.
Best regards,
Excellent app and amazing support! The team at Smind was extremely helpful, responsive, and fast. They quickly understood what I needed and helped me get everything working exactly the way I wanted. Great customer service and a very useful app. Highly recommend!
Dear TEXTILES D. ZINMAN LTÉE,
Thank you for taking the time to leave us such a fantastic review!
It’s always rewarding to hear that our team was able to make things easier for you. Your feedback reminds us why we put so much effort into both our product and our support.
We also want you to know that Smind is an ongoing project for us, not a finished product. We’re continuously designing, and releasing new sections and Smind Packages every month based on what store owners need.
So even after you’ve found the sections you need today, there’s always something new on the way. Our goal is to give you an ever-growing collection of ready-to-use designs and tools that can save you time whenever you want to build something new or improve your store.
Thank you again for your trust and support. We’re excited to keep improving Smind and bringing you more useful things in the months ahead!
I'v used a few of these kind of apps and I like this one the most. Has a huge variety of sections and features and I'm impressed with what you get for free too! Support are quick to respond too.
The service is excellent, and the customer support is equally impressive—they resolve issues incredibly fast.
Dear Kaapai,
Thank you for the wonderful 5-star review!
It truly means a lot to everyone on our team. 🙌
We’re especially glad to know that our support made a difference when you needed help. For us, Smind isn’t just about providing sections—it’s about making the whole store-building process easier and giving you more freedom to create the store you want.
We want Smind to be a library that keeps getting better, not something you install once and never see anything new from. So there will always be more coming, and we’ll keep listening to what merchants need and turning those needs into new solutions.
Thank you again for choosing Smind and for sharing your experience with others. We’re excited to keep building more for you!
Thank You and Best Regards!
Best section store by far. Their sections look amazing and are super easy to use, but what really stood out was their incredible support. When I had trouble installing one of the sections, their team helped me right away friendly, professional, and patient. You can tell they really care about their customers. Highly recommend them.
This worked well for me. Easy to install, customer service was always very helpful, and good options. Only downside is when an update on your theme is available you will have to recreate each section.
Hi The Barkery LLC,
Thank you so much for your kind 5-star review! We're truly glad to hear that Smind has worked well for you and that our support team was helpful throughout your journey.
We noticed your note regarding having to recreate sections when updating your theme. We’d love to let you know that you don’t need to recreate sections manually.
After updating your theme, you can use our “Transfer Data” tool to migrate your content from the old theme version to the new one. Once the transfer is complete, you just need to reposition the sections where you'd like them to appear—simple and quick!
This is guide for your reference https://docs.smind.io/guides/moving-sections
We hope this feature makes your experience even smoother and look forward to continuing to support you in the future.
Thanks again for using Smind!
Warm regards,
Smind Team
There was a technical problem that made me very nervous. I was almost ready to give up on the app even though I really like it as a feature. It gives a lot of design freedom, and you don't have to buy expensive themes. An online store can be built with the necessary features for it. When I discovered the technical problem, support was very quick to fix it. Here I want to express my thanks to Benjamin for his patience. Helped me with solving the problem, even customized some functions that I needed. If I ever have a problem I will look for him specifically. I had left one star, but after this service, I can't help but put as many stars as possible. The Smind app has solved a lot of my problems, from not paying $300+ for a theme, to being able to change the design for each season, which is desirable for a fashion brand.
The Smind Sections are a cost-effective addition to any theme.
I setup my page with a Smind Theme and 4 different headers/footers, all works really well. Helen from the support team helps me a lot on every time. Many thanks.
On behalf of our Non Profit Organization and I sincerely want to thank to whole team behind Smind Sections! As an NPO, we're always looking to minimaze our expanses and finding such incredible Section app for free, was like finding a true diamond
Support is always kind and receptive to help, so touching!
On the technical side the app has the label Built for Shopify and you can truly feel it when using it in backend.
-> Also, the quantity of section is just amazing and they have a design system where you could globally style all inserted sections, in whichever template they are! Which is a major + as normally you would have to style again all sections. But you may also bypass the global styling of Smind sections to customize one section only.
-> Smind sections integrate super well with metafields and metaobject, even more than some theme!
After testing multiples paid section app, this one is by far the best by design, code and user efficiency.
Congrats to the Vietnam team
If you don't want to buy a complete set of templates but want to improve the appearance of your store, this app is a must-have.
It can flexibly customize various parts of the page. More importantly, their support is very efficient!
Highly recommended!
