Free includes secure-link COD confirmation and owner alerts. Starter adds configurable SMS for new, fulfilled, canceled, and refunded orders, plus optional order tags. Growth adds confirmation by YES reply, a US or Canadian number, two-way SMS/MMS, scheduled messages, closed-hours auto-replies, confirmation analytics, and incoming call forwarding to a private phone. Outbound SMS supports US, Canadian, and Romanian recipients; number and forwarding coverage is limited to the US and Canada.
