Restock alerts for previously out-of-stock competitor products. Support set up the restock detection that monitors inventory status and alerts when an out-of-stock item comes back. A competitor restocked their bestseller after two weeks and I had ads running on our equivalent within the hour.

Market positioning report showing where our prices sit relative to the average. Support configured the market position dashboard that plots our price for each product against the monitored average. Immediately identified 12 products where we were more than 25% above market. Adjusted pricing on eight of them. Data-driven pricing decisions.

BOGO promotion detection. Support set up the promotion tracker that identifies buy-one-get-one patterns by analyzing product pricing and collection structures. A competitor's BOGO offer was visible in our monitoring before they announced it on social media. Early intelligence is competitive advantage.

Collection-level monitoring for new sale or promotional collections. Support showed me the collection tracker that detects when a competitor creates, renames, or removes collections. Caught a competitor testing a 'Clearance' collection that they created and deleted within six hours — probably testing before their real sale launch.

Dashboard was cluttered with 20 competitors. Support helped me create monitoring groups — 'Direct Competitors', 'adjacent market', and 'emerging threats'. Each group has its own alert settings and dashboard view. Organized chaos into a structured competitive Landscape.

Slack integration for sharing competitor reports. Support set up the Slack webhook that posts daily competitor summaries to our #competitive-intel channel. The team sees updates without me forwarding emails. Collaborative intelligence sharing without extra effort on my part.

Price change timing analysis. Support configured the change timing heatmap that shows when each competitor typically updates prices. Our main rival consistently reprices on Tuesday evenings. We now review their changes Wednesday morning and respond by Thursday. Predictable patterns are exploitable patterns.
