Restock alerts for previously out-of-stock competitor products. Support set up the restock detection that monitors inventory status and alerts when an out-of-stock item comes back. A competitor restocked their bestseller after two weeks and I had ads running on our equivalent within the hour.
Market positioning report showing where our prices sit relative to the average. Support configured the market position dashboard that plots our price for each product against the monitored average. Immediately identified 12 products where we were more than 25% above market. Adjusted pricing on eight of them. Data-driven pricing decisions.

Slack integration for sharing competitor reports. Support set up the Slack webhook that posts daily competitor summaries to our #competitive-intel channel. The team sees updates without me forwarding emails. Collaborative intelligence sharing without extra effort on my part.
Price change timing analysis. Support configured the change timing heatmap that shows when each competitor typically updates prices. Our main rival consistently reprices on Tuesday evenings. We now review their changes Wednesday morning and respond by Thursday. Predictable patterns are exploitable patterns.
Monitoring failure notification. Support enabled the health check alert that notifies me when monitoring on any competitor stops working — URL changes, store closures, or technical issues.
