Restock alerts for previously out-of-stock competitor products. Support set up the restock detection that monitors inventory status and alerts when an out-of-stock item comes back. A competitor restocked their bestseller after two weeks and I had ads running on our equivalent within the hour.

Market positioning report showing where our prices sit relative to the average. Support configured the market position dashboard that plots our price for each product against the monitored average. Immediately identified 12 products where we were more than 25% above market. Adjusted pricing on eight of them. Data-driven pricing decisions.

Caught a competitor testing a 'Clearance' collection that they created and deleted within six hours — probably testing before their real sale launch.

API access for our BI dashboard. Support provided the REST API documentation and authentication setup. Our data analyst pulls competitor data into Tableau daily. The pricing trends look much more actionable in our existing dashboard than in a separate tool. Integration into our workflow was the missing piece.
