Restock alerts for previously out-of-stock competitor products. Support set up the restock detection that monitors inventory status and alerts when an out-of-stock item comes back. A competitor restocked their bestseller after two weeks and I had ads running on our equivalent within the hour.

Market positioning report showing where our prices sit relative to the average. Support configured the market position dashboard that plots our price for each product against the monitored average. Collection-level monitoring for new sale or promotional collections. Support showed me the collection tracker that detects when a competitor creates, renames, or removes collections. Caught a competitor testing a 'Clearance' collection that they created and deleted within six hours — probably testing before their real sale launch.

Store design and banner change tracking is outside Snoopie's scope. Support was upfront about it but suggested combining Snoopie with a visual change detection service. They even recommended a specific tool that integrates with webhooks. Helpful beyond their own product boundaries.
