Magik Social Media autopost is not only a very useful business app for automating social media posts but they also offer great customer service!
I asked if they could make a change on their 'Onboarding products automation' to exclude 'Out of Stock' products and, within 48 hours, Logan had not only contacted me to tell me what he hoped to do, he'd actually made the change!

Its a great app if you need automatic posts. You should follow up with organic posts also as this is mostly just pictures and music picked by the app. Very helpful timesaver but you still need to supplement your social with other content.

Magik AI Social has been amazing is always on time with post that I schedule to be on auto post and comes up with catchy or funny post specific for my products to help make it more eye catching I really enjoy this app and look forward to many more features that I have yet to try.

I like the app and the work it does. there's one thing I don't like is that sometimes it posts the same product twice in a row. other than that I think its great

Logan from Magik was incredibly responsive — I contacted him about an issue with my automation posting all product images instead of just the main one, and he fixed it straight away and even reset my credits. The app itself is easy to use, does exactly what I need for automated social posting, and the free plan is generous. Highly recommend!

So far I love this app! It has consistently made posts to my tiktok channels for me every single day. I just wish FB would have allowed me use it there also.

it is showing that I am over my limit but I have only posted about three post during one week
Just to clarify, the message you’re seeing is a preview of your expected usage. It means that, based on your current usage, the app estimates that you may reach your limit before the end of your billing period. It doesn’t necessarily mean that you’ve already gone over your limit.
Also, credits are deducted when a post is created, rather than when it is published. So if some posts were created and later cancelled, those credits will still count toward your usage, even though the posts were never published.
