SparkLayer B2B & Wholesale

Amazing support and a very advanced B2B tool. What's important to notice, is that it's not utilizing most of the base B2B features of Shopify itself, but rather is an "overwriter" of the tool. Still, considering all apps in this category this seems to be the best one.

Before looking at Sparklayer, I looked and tried many of the other wholesale / b2b apps on shopify. Sparklayer blew me away compared to them in terms of comprehensive features for b2b and ease of use. All the other apps were super ugly and hard to use. Sparklayer is robust and can handle so many different situations. Plus their support is pretty good (although I wish they had support that overlapped more with USA times zones) and their documentation is extensive.

Downsides: sometimes there's technical bugs that require a developer or support, their support is on UK time, and its fairly expensive.

I've just set this up on my store so that I could offer a more streamlined process for my B2B wholesale orders. The Sparklayer team have been absolutely brilliant from set up to answering any questions and helping me to set up my wholesale operation. Having just had my first order through the platform, my customer has indicated that they have found this a much easier than my previous manual process.

I demo'd four or five alternatives before finally choosing SparkLayer. The features are amazing, the tech suport is among the best I have ever encountered and the onboarding is first class. I nornally dont bother writing reviews but feel I owe it to Cameron and the rest of the team as they are outstanding.

This app has brought a lot of value to our company. Not only helping us service our customers better but also helping our sales agents to promote our products and portal.

And if that was not enough, the team and support is awesome.
They've really helped us not only use the SparkLayer but to refine our business to best serve our customers.

This is maybe the first app that does everything I wanted it to do. It does all it claims and then some! We're setting up a great B2B option for our customer base. The help is like no-other! Fast and thorough. If you are expanding your B2C Shopify site, there is no better option. Highly recommend.

We are a small brand expanding to new markets and need flexible pricing to meet the requirements of our B2B clients. We recently had to adjust a whole new list of recommended retail prices (RRPs) and discounts for a single client. Die sehr vielen Features, selbst beim günstigsten Abo, sind mehr als ausreichend, jedoch muss man diese auch erlernen. In 2 Tagen habe ich meine B2B-Area aufgebaut und die ersten Bestellungen mit Partnerhändlern testen können.

Das Onlineshop-Overlay ist einfach stylisch, super zu bedienen und das Backoffice ist auch verständlich!

This app is exactly what we needed to run both our B2C and B2B platforms from our Shopify Store. The setup process was very quick, and you can have your B2B site up and running in a very short time. I had a few questions during the set-up process and the onboarding team was always quick to respond and extremely helpful. If you are looking for this kind of app, SparkLayer is definitely the way to go.
