SparkLayer B2B & Wholesale

The process on implementing SparkLayer to our store was very easy and painless. Support has been great! A feature I would like into the future is a modified version of the sales agent feature to make email & phone orders easier to process. Thanks SparkLayer for a very useful product.

Thanks to this app I was able to add specific B2B features to my shop. I finally found a tool that allows sales representatives to place orders. I had installed others before, but this is the only one that works smoothly, without any error. Support is quick and efficient. Very recommended!

Great app but also great customer service. We are a B2C shop that needed to transition to B2B and Sparklayer was the best way to do so. The app itself is super straight forward and efficient. Chris and his team have been super reactive every time we needed anything. Would recommend 100% ! Great job guys

With this app we have been able to set up the online shop we need! Very simple to use but has a lot of powerful functionalities. The SparkLayer team has been extremely helpful throughout the whole process aiding with the installation process and also, with any issues we have had. Over all, a fantastic app to have!

Great application , probably the best out there right now.
The problem is with their costumer service and support , very disrespectful , logging out in the middle of the conversation you had with them , replying after 4 days , some of my tickets were never replied and my problems have yet to be fixed - not the best experience .

Rhys and the SparkLayer development team has been great and very responsive to our messages. The support from them has been instrumental in our setup process of our Shopify store. A great solution for B2B/Wholesale Shopify Stores. SparkLayer is a great interface that enables a lot of functionality that makes B2B selling a better experience. Took a bit of time to get it set up completely but the SparkLayer team was always available to answer any questions/roadblocks that I faced. Overall, I would recommend this if you are considering optimising your B2B store experience
