The process on implementing SparkLayer to our store was very easy and painless. Support has been great! A feature I would like into the future is a modified version of the sales agent feature to make email & phone orders easier to process. Thanks SparkLayer for a very useful product.

Thanks to this app I was able to add specific B2B features to my shop. I finally found a tool that allows sales representatives to place orders. I had installed others before, but this is the only one that works smoothly, without any error. Support is quick and efficient. Very recommended!

Great app but also great customer service. We are a B2C shop that needed to transition to B2B and Sparklayer was the best way to do so. The app itself is super straight forward and efficient. Great application , probably the best out there right now.
The problem is with their costumer service and support , very disrespectful , logging out in the middle of the conversation you had with them , replying after 4 days , some of my tickets were never replied and my problems have yet to be fixed - not the best experience .
