Expensive and is pretty basic for the money. Tax is not dealt with in a business friendly manor, does not support business to business well.

Helpful and friendly support. They are able to make prompt changes when things is not working. Luckily, everything is working most of the time.

They have a wonderful customer support and help you in the process. Despite that, the B2B configurations are exactly what you want in a B2B site!
