The technical support team is very attentive, they accompany you throughout the configuration process and are always ready to help, the application is quite powerful and perfectly adapted to what we needed to start selling B2B

the app says that there is a free plan available. But after installation you are only able to select paid options
Thank you for your feedback, we do appreciate this could be more clearly stated on our Shopify app listing. Like many other Shopify apps, we do offer free plans for Shopify "development" and "partner" stores allowing merchants to install and test SparkLayer. This is also a great way for Shopify developers (or Shopify agencies) to evaluate our solution or even use it as a demo site. We are always happy to accommodate this!
Once a merchant is ready to go live, they would typically implement SparkLayer on their "live Shopify store" and proceed to select a paid plan. For our Enterprise customers, we also offer an extended free trial (which is why you see the "Free" text above - this is unfortunately a limitation in how Shopify allow us to set up our app listing!).
We will review how this can be adjusted to make it clearer for future merchants.
The team was SO helpful in getting the app installed for us quickly. All adjustments i needed done were done fast and thoroughly. I love the look of this app for our b2b business!

Having tried a few B2B apps, this one stands out as the best performer by a long way. It's on the same site as my retail business and integrates like it was built for my site. UX for the customer is excellent. Other apps feel like you're building a site around their features, this one takes your retail experience and gives it a B2B boost. Administration is very easy and the support team are excellent. This is a very well thought out solution for B2B on Shopify.
