The onboarding team at Sparklayer was very helpful in getting our B2B sales integrated with Shopify.
Thanks so much, great to hear our onboarding team helped get your B2B sales set up with Shopify :) We’ll pass your kind words on to the team!
So far, the app aligns well with what we need. We’re still testing it, but Clifford from their support team has been really helpful throughout the process.
Thank you - great to hear SparkLayer is lining up with what you need, and we’ll pass your kind words on to Clifford :)
We'd love to provide a 5-star experience, so please let us know if there's anything we can do to to further support you!
The team at SparkLayer have been absolutely fantastic from day one. Anything we need they're quick to reply and are happy to get stuck in making changes. The level of support is second to none & the app works seamlessly with our Shopify site making our B2B experience smooth and friction free.
Thank you for leaving us a review, we'll share this with our Support team! :)
The best customer support I've ever experienced, hands down. Fast, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in solving the problem rather than just closing the ticket. Rare to find these days, and worth every penny.
Wow - what incredible feedback, thank you so much! We're really proud of our team, so will make sure we pass this onto them :) Thank you again for sharing your experience!
great app and great support
Thank you for the review! We’re really glad the app and the support have both been working well for you over the last 9 months - we’ll pass this on to the team :)
Sparklayer is working well for us. It looks good and is definitely giving an improved experience for our customers. There are still a few more features we'd like Sparklayer to develop but the team have been open to taking on these suggestions. Importantly, the Sparklayer team have been great - very responsive and helpful in dealing with any questions or problems to solve.
Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review - it's great to hear SparkLayer is improving the experience for your customers :)
Thank you for the feature suggestions, too - we love hearing these and our team will always take them on board for future development!
Incredible service and everything works, just as I needed.
Thanks for taking the time to leave a review - it means a lot to hear the service has been incredible :)
Excellent App for B2B. Support is top notch and the functionality is great as well. We have a clothing B2B store which gets complex due to the number and nature of variants and it handles it perfectly.
The team is very helpful and answers questions promptly and they also sort out technical issues for you like installing the app, making changes to the settings etc.
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review - it's brilliant to hear SparkLayer is handling your variant complexity so well :)
Very knowledgeable and helpful team who provide excellent support throughout. They are friendly, responsive, and quick to answer any questions I have. The app is easy to use and straightforward to navigate, making the whole process smooth and efficient. I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a professional and reliable experience.

Only just started using this app but so far so good. Support is excellent.
