Mi experiencia con esta aplicación ha sido muy negativa. Considero que el coste del servicio no se corresponde en absoluto con la atención que recibes cuando surge un problema. Conseguir asistencia técnica es complicado y las incidencias pueden permanecer abiertas durante semanas sin una solución clara. En mi caso, después de casi un mes esperando, sigo sin tener el problema solucionado.

Además, recientemente han cambiado completamente la versión del módulo, trasladando su configuración desde Shopify a su propia plataforma web. Como consecuencia, he tenido que volver a realizar toda la configuración desde cero, con la enorme pérdida de tiempo y trabajo que esto supone.

Lo más frustrante es que estos cambios se realizan sin ofrecer un soporte adecuado ni una transición sencilla para los clientes que ya teníamos el módulo instalado y configurado.

Después de pagar por una aplicación de este nivel de precio, esperaba un servicio mucho más profesional, especialmente en soporte técnico, estabilidad y gestión de las actualizaciones.

A día de hoy, y basándome en mi experiencia, no puedo recomendar esta aplicación. Espero que se tomen en serio este tipo de comentarios y mejoren considerablemente tanto la atención al cliente como la gestión de incidencias y futuras actualizaciones.

I am deeply unsatisfied with my experience using this app. It is overpriced, lacks proper support, and the response time to tickets is unacceptable. After waiting an entire month for a response, the issue remains unresolved.

This has been frustrating and disappointing, as I had higher expectations from your service. I cannot recommend your app based on my current experience.

I hope you take this feedback seriously and improve your customer support and problem resolution processes.
