Absolute shiiiiiiit integration app on a mobile platform. Can’t scroll and change settings, can’t save and move onto the next step of creating a campaign.
If you want endless hours of frustration trying to get this app on your website, this pile of trash will be for you.
We’re sorry to hear about your experience. Our support team has tried to contact you 2–3 times by email to investigate the issue, including sharing a video showing our findings, but unfortunately, they haven't received a response from you.
Wheelify is a built for Shopify badge and is working smoothly across all desktop and mobile devices. That said, if you experienced an issue with scrolling, changing settings, or saving your campaign on your device, we’d genuinely like to investigate it and understand what went wrong at that time.
Please reply to our previous email or contact us directly at support@carecart.io. We’ll be happy to look into your specific case and help resolve the issue.
Misleading users into installing the free version and then charging extra fees.
We’d like to clarify a few important points for anyone reading this review.
Our app does offer a free subscription plan, but usage-based charges for impressions are clearly outlined inside the app, billing section, and pricing details. You were never charged a recurring subscription fee — all invoices since July 2025 were generated strictly based on actual app usage.
We also see that our customer success team has already been actively communicating with you over email to explain the charges and answer questions. We’re always happy to help clarify billing and usage details, and we genuinely try to keep everything transparent and fair.
As a "Built for Shopify" approved app, we take trust very seriously and continuously work to make both pricing and usage reporting as clear as possible.
非常好用，功能强大，sam非常专业可靠耐心，帮助我们解决很多问题。

One of the best marketing tools we’ve used on Shopify!
Wheelify is super easy to use and works perfectly for our campaigns. The setup was quick, and the customization options make it simple to match our brand style. One of the best parts is their live customer support, the team is always available to discuss and guide us in real time, which makes everything so much smoother!
We’ve seen great engagement results from using the spin wheel pop-ups. Highly recommend it to anyone looking to make their store more interactive and boost conversions effortlessly!
I'm very happy with Wheelify's customer support, and I'm grateful to Ali for all their work. Setting up the app was laborious before launch, but I'm glad it's now live and everything is going well so far. But I still hope there can be more Settings for the turntable, such as the number of slices
Thank you so much to Grace for patiently answering all my questions! Wheelify Spin Wheel has a clean and intuitive setup interface, and the entire process runs smoothly. It truly delivers on its name “Spin and Win” simple and effective. For merchants looking to boost customer engagement and conversion rates, this app is definitely worth trying!
