Wheelify è un'app intuitiva e facile da configurare. La possibilità di personalizzare il design e le impostazioni la rende perfetta per adattarsi al nostro brand. Ma soprattutto, funziona davvero! Abbiamo ottenuto un ottimo incremento di revenue grazie all'app. Un must-have per chi vuole migliorare le conversioni e rendere l'interazione con i clienti più coinvolgente!
Absolute shiiiiiiit integration app on a mobile platform. Can’t scroll and change settings, can’t save and move onto the next step of creating a campaign.
If you want endless hours of frustration trying to get this app on your website, this pile of trash will be for you.
We’re sorry to hear about your experience. Our support team has tried to contact you 2–3 times by email to investigate the issue, including sharing a video showing our findings, but unfortunately, they haven't received a response from you.
Wheelify is a built for Shopify badge and is working smoothly across all desktop and mobile devices. That said, if you experienced an issue with scrolling, changing settings, or saving your campaign on your device, we’d genuinely like to investigate it and understand what went wrong at that time.

Misleading users into installing the free version and then charging extra fees.
We’d like to clarify a few important points for anyone reading this review.
Our app does offer a free subscription plan, but usage-based charges for impressions are clearly outlined inside the app, billing section, and pricing details. You were never charged a recurring subscription fee — all invoices since July 2025 were generated strictly based on actual app usage.
We also see that our customer success team has already been actively communicating with you over email to explain the charges and answer questions. We’re always happy to help clarify billing and usage details, and we genuinely try to keep everything transparent and fair.
As a "Built for Shopify" approved app, we take trust very seriously and continuously work to make both pricing and usage reporting as clear as possible.
