An excellent Shopify app with powerful features and a user-friendly interface. It has significantly improved the way we manage our store. The support team is extremely responsive, friendly, and professional—they reply quickly and always find an effective solution. Highly recommended for every Shopify merchant!
I still haven't been able to set up this app. Coupons aren't sent to my email. Totally frustrating, a complete waste of time and money.
Hi, We're sorry this fell short. Coupons not reaching your customers isn't something you should have had to troubleshoot on your own, and we understand the frustration behind your feedback.
Our customer support manager has emailed you directly. If you're open to it, we'll walk through the setup with you and test the coupon delivery end to end, so you can see it working rather than take our word for it.
We're available 24/7 and we don't consider it resolved until your campaign is live and delivering. We're here for you.
This app has been working really well. I scheduled my campaign in advance, and it went live exactly as planned without any issues. The setup was smooth, and everything worked as expected.
A special thanks to Ali from the support team. Ali always responded to my questions promptly and patiently, and helped clear up every concern I had. The support was excellent, and I really appreciate the quick and professional assistance. Highly recommended!
Great Team to work With! I've been up all night trying to get my wheel to pop up on my store and an assistant stuck by me the whole night walked me through the process and I was abit skeptical on sharing my account password. but he logged in my account and helped me get the job done. so that shows they are also trustworthy. big respect to this team!
GREAT customer service! I had a specific issue with the app (one that might very well NOT have been an issue for anyone else), and that issue was addressed quickly...very impressed!
Thank you for your fantastic review! It was a pleasure assisting you. Our goal is to provide the best possible support, and we're always here whenever you need us.
