SPD Split Payment & Deposit

Wonderful app and exceptional customer service! The deposit and split payment function will allow us to launch higher price point products with a higher conversion rate. Awesome! Maryna from their support team handled all my questions / made sure everything was working perfectly. She even went above and beyond and helped me with another app. Thank you so much highly recommend!

I integrated this app and found I had an issue with it only partly showing on the product page. I contacted the app company and they guided me through the changes on a google meet conference call to ensure the set up was edited correctly for my customers. I was happy to resolve this issue with them reasonably quickly as it was a little above my novice shopify expertise !

Very responsive support. I was able to ask questions during the install and receive my answers in moments. SPD Split Payment is incredible nimble and flexible. Money and payment collection can be a tough subject. Black Hills School of Massage needed a way to allow students to pay an initial tuition deposit and then pay the remaining balance over several months. I am very grateful to Val and the team :) You allow us to focus on the students and not worry about payment collections and back-office administration.

The app is full of issues. The instalment orders don't show up in the system AT ALL. Meaning you have a customer who has placed an order via installment pay but there is no record of them in the app. This is has been an ongoing issue for several weeks and it's still not resolved meaning that invoices for instalments aren't being sent to customers on time or at all and I'm having to deal with increased emails/complaints around why customers can't pay for their items. Customer Support has been slow to respond and have shown absolutely no urgency in getting this resolved. It's been going on for weeks. Terrible App, would not recommend.

Really like to thank this company for tailoring their product to our requirements and understanding the issues we face. Was really pleased with their responsiveness, replying professionally and in a timely fashion. We wanted a small cosmetic change to the app which suited our needs better and they could not have been more helpful. We are looking forward to seeing how this performs on our shop when it goes live next week and if it is good, we will roll it out to other shops we have in our portfolio. An excellent product and - more importantly- with excellent back up support. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I had some questions about how to properly set up deferred payments and minimize risks when collecting payments in installments on auto mode. Andrey from the support team helped me out super quickly — even though it was a weekend! He provided a great consultation and shared helpful tips. I really appreciate the fast and professional support. Highly recommend this app, it’s easy to use and the team behind it really cares.

This is a very well designed app that works exactly as it should. It has provided me with a lot of flexibility and I have gained a lot of new business by using the app. I was able to get started using the app straight away thanks to Anastasiia's help. She was fantastic, thank you!

We have had a fantastic experience with the app so far - having the ability to offer instalment payments has been a fantastic addition to our store. We received prompt and incredibly helpful support from Anastasiia and the team around a very specific query - highly recommend if you're looking to add deposit/instalment options to your store.

Valerii w/ Support was amazing as well as I made a suggestion about a way that some of us who do custom work could utilize the app even more so I hope to see those improvements or at least those improvements considered and I appreciate Valerii for listening and taking it tomorrow consideration!!! I plan to use this all forever now.

The team was great helping us set everything up in our store. Anastasiia was great to liason with us the development to ensure the app worked in our Shopify theme.
We have been live with the app for 3 days and already converted 2 customers. Since our product is a high value item, it really helps to have the installment payment available.
