Spocket: USA & EU Dropshipping

I love it. I was looking to sell products from USA cause I don't like that my customers see their products are coming from China. so with the app, I found so many nice outfits that it can be sent from the USA and also faster shipping.

I enjoy this app. Although, the product limit for the pro plan compares to the empire plan is a huge difference. I wish it was a product limit of 500 (regular and premium) at least compared to the empire plan. The price of the empire plan is entirely too much.

I love this app, I have increased sales and traffic to my website by using the app. I make beaded and wire wrapped jewelry and adding items from Sprocket sales are up! Easy to add items, the items are shipping fast and my customers are very happy with the quality.

In addition to being a top-notch app, their support staff is also second to none. Thanks to my research, I was able to identify a dropshipping company with dependable suppliers and lightning-fast service. Spocket is an excellent app, and I suggest it to everyone.

This is a great app. lots of great products! Has given me lots of choices for my store. so glad to have stumbled on this app. Everyone should give Spocket a try. Love the Premium products. Also love the quick shipping times. Can't wait to see all they have to offer!

So far so good! The Spocket app has made things easier, from search (although the search engine should be optimized), to the variety of products, the quality and app integration with Shopify. I might update this review down the road, but so far it has worked well for me.

I like the ease of use, pricing is fair but we will see how it works in the long run. Be aware however its tedious to get things going on the app with your Shopify store cause they force you to write a review before you can get heavenly involved with the site. So this is my review just to work on the site.

I definitely highly recommend Spocket! It's incredibly easy and intuitive to use and the customer service is beyond amazing! Leah has spent some time with me this afternoon answering all questions I had and was incredible at giving clear, concise information. I feel like she went above and beyond to help me navigate the obstacle I was going through. I'm really looking forward to if/when Spocket provides international shipping :D Thank you again Leah for all of your help!

I just started officially using Spocket and I must say I'm very impressed with the fast and friendly response I've received so far. I ran into a situation today that needed to be escalated, and before I knew it help was on the way. It's very comforting to know help is right at my finger tip. The products that are available seem to be what I'm looking for to get my dropshipping store to the next level, but not everything I want is there. I look forward to seeing what new features, functions, and products will be available as some of the things I would like to see have already been expressed in previous reviews. Thank you kindly.

This is in response to your reply below. We have been working with your support staff for now 14 days every day chatting for hours at end to resolve this one issue.

I am not sure of the intentions but I have paid for a full year and seems you cannot fix the issue, then refund our money... Simple.

Have already lost 1 month for which I have paid.

Take responsibility.

I would give ZERO stars if one could...

They take money upfront and then when their platform does not work or even push products to our shopify store, they do not fix issues. We have spent over 100 hours and still no resolution.

The management does not even bother.

Sad. I hope we will get our money back. As I think its a scam. And for products they are pushing Aliexpress / china shipper for most ???
