I love how it offers more options and the layout is amazing. I just wish I can upload new photos....

I have found the suppliers run out of stock and don't restock for weeks on end. The products are FAR more expensive than AliExpress ..the shipping costs are extortionate. I wish the "cost" would import to Shopify along with the price etc. I always have to manually go in and maintain "cost" on Shopify after an import

I am on the fence between 3 and 4 stars. The interface is nice. With Australia, Canada, USA, and Spain vendors, most product descriptions are better than those limited to China, though some from China are also included.
Restricting product searches to specific types of products yields limited results. Inventory is mostly apparel. Many items are nearly out of stock. If you hunt very well, you can end up with a few good products.

We also appreciate you recognizing the effort it takes to find those “hidden gem” products — we know it can make a real difference.
That said, we completely understand your concerns about limited search results and inventory levels, particularly within certain product categories. Expanding supplier diversity and improving stock availability are both areas we’re actively working on.
Your feedback helps guide those improvements, and we’d love to hear more if you have specific categories or product types you’d like to see.

I'm new to Shopify and I'm getting ready to launch my store. I do have a few concerns about using Spocket. At first glance, the items and integration seem good. Also, I like the shorter shipping times. Here are my concerns, though.
First, I signed up for the 250 products option but I didnt realize it was listing of the products vs selling. When I look at the next tier, there really aren't extra services just the option to list extra products. So, to stock my store, I have to use other vendors or pay the higher price before I see if the products sell as well as other vendors. Also, I paid for the full year and if I want to go upward, my option is only to pay for the larger amount full year. I'm trying to work with customer support to see how I can get the higher level and go to a monthly plan.
This brings me to my second concern. 24/7 support means I can reach out 24/7 but they are not available 24/7. So, I can't seem to do business when it is convenient to me but rather it is convenient to them. And, since I can't talk to their vendors with an issue because they are the pass-through, this can cause a customer issue for me, a new store.
I will say, the one time I had a vendor issue, they eventually responded and allowed someone from the vendor to reach out. This is why I'm giving three stars or it would be two stars.
Stay tuned as I launch. I hope I don't have to eliminate them as a vendor. I really need a reliable vendor who ships out of North America.

This app is not useful, they said it is unlimited products, but its is not.
It does not allow more then 20000 Products.
We do not recommend this app.

No worth it! The pictures of the items are very minimal. Not enough information about the products and the pricing are not the prices directly from manufacturers or brands. They are all from drop shippers...so it's drop shipper ordering from another drop shipper. In other words, you'll end up paying more!
Spocket needs to rethink its strategy, layout design, efficiency, and better subscriptions deals.

I was so excited when I first came across Spocket. However, I quickly learned that my cost with shipping was higher than the retail price on several items being sold out in the market. I wasted so much money on this app. There is no money to be made here. I ended up buying wholesale elsewhere and was able to make a profit.

We would have loved to work things out with you and find the right fit of suppliers and products for your store. Shipping cost can indeed be tricky sometimes especially with stores that are focused on non profits and 'for a cause' approach types like yours. Buying wholesale is also indeed a good move to make bigger profits but that actually moves you away from the dropshipping model where there is less risk since you wouldn't need to hold inventory.
