Sprocket is awesome! I suggest checking it out :) You can import products from suppliers around the world with many variants. It has a really to use UI as well.

I browsed this app looking for US/EUR sourced merchandise. I had a lot of questions before deciding to join and Russell helped me out a lot and his responses were very fast! The reviews about great customer service are right!

I think there are not as many products for pets. I feel it is limited for my niche. Could use more customer support and also email updates on products related to my store's niche instead of other random products that are not relevant.

Regarding customer support, we aim to provide the best, although sometimes the number of requests per day can be quite a lot and so it takes a bit of time to attend to everybody. We hope you can understand. But we'll definitely be better at managing messages from merchants in the future!
I spoke to two people in customer service Prinz and Leah. The chat is very helpful. Both reps got on quickly and helped me with my problem. Very convenient human-to-human connection! I am glad to be working with Spocket on my ecommerce store.

Love this app. Everything is pretty smooth to work with and the customer service is amazing if you have any issues. Especially working with Erwin. I only had a small issue, but they handled it with the care of a big issue. I have been completely satisfied with spocket.
