Sehr einfache Bedienung und Integration in den eigenen Onlineshop. Top, dass auch gleich Mock-Ups generiert werden.
Großes Manko: Es sollten mehr Produkte, Accessoires,... verfügbar sein. Die Auswahl ist doch sehr eingeschränkt.

Anfangs lief alles wie geschmiert. Artikel wurden umgehend bearbeitet, produziert und an den Kunden ausgeliefert. Alles super...
Aber dann waren wir wohl doch nicht "Woke" oder "Grün" oder "Mainstreem" genug und sind mit unserer kritischen Meinung die wir mit und an unseren Produkten zum Verkauf anboten bei SPOD angeeckt. Übrigens: SPOD gehört zu Spreadshirt, und dort kann man linksradikales Gedankengut auf jedem T-Shirt drucken lassen aber alles was von dieser Meinung abweicht, wird zensiert und am Ende nicht mehr produziert, mit fadenscheinigen Argumenten... Und nun hat uns auch SPOD von heute auf Morgen die bestellten Waren einfach nicht mehr produziert. Der Support antwortet nicht mehr. Es wurden irgendwelche rechtlichen Gründe vorgeschoben und dann standen wir da, mit unbearbeiteten Aufträgen von Kunden die ihre Ware bereits bezahlt hatten und auf die Lieferung warteten...
SPOD und Spreadshirt sind bei uns für alle Zeit gestorben und wenn sie der letzte Anbieter sind.
NEIN DANKE UND NIE WIEDER!!!
I love SPOD. Over the last 4 years, I only had one printing flaw, which I was refunded. Otherwise, it's been a great partnership. Moreover, the manufacturing warehouse is in the same city that I am in, so turnaround time for the brand is AWESOME.
I'm looking forward to more years to come with SPOD

Had to uninstall this app as it is very bad build... If you chose your shops region as USA your customers from europe will not be able to get their orders from the Europe factory and vise versa... How on earth did you think there SPOD?? This meen Europeens will be charged extra custom toll fees as it will be sent from US...And if chosing Europe when creating a account then same thing, US customers will be charged custom toll fees.. Why not do as all other Printify, Printful, Gelatto... Send the orders from the factorys nearest the customers country!!

They ship out quickly, but my customers are constantly receiving the wrong items. Many times items we do not even sell! Their turn around times are great, but their quality control is severely lacking!

I Love the ease of use of this app I upload my content, then order samples and inventory for my little shop! It's also way easy to create a listing for my non local customers to order and have their choices drop shipped to them. great app.

Been using them for a couple years and at this point only use them for one item because their prints wash off after a few washes for most of their items. Love the actual hoodie garment itself. High quality! I just wish their print was more consistent.

Called 20 times, wished to get a call back, wrote several emails. Just all that to get my sample order done. Its been a week now and its still " waiting for production".
They say "my account needs to be verified" although my email is verified, my credit card informations + my address is verified, even the products are listed in my shop!!!! What else do you guys need? Ive customers waiting, its almost Christmas time and the black week is coming.
Do you guys really wish to destroy businesses with your very very bad communication? Everyone who reads this and have the same problem, i wish you the very best and please dont spend your time and money here on SPOD.

Our customer support line (+1-724-832-6290) is open Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm EST, and we do our best to reply to emails within 24 hours.
